RULES AND REGULATIONS FOR TRAINEES
1. Every trainee of solar mayor company must have to follow and obey the act, guidance, policy and rules imposed by the company authority and applicable from time to time
2. The company expects formal and acceptable behaviors from the trainees of solar mayor. The prime motive of the solar mayor company is to attract customers through outstanding conduct of the trainee
3. Under no circumstance should trainee market themselves or sell unauthorized products directly to our clients. This behavior is strictly prohibited anyone found will face disciplinary action which include termination or being expelled
4. Trainee should note that customer/client’s interaction should be conducted in a professional manner
5. Dress code is to be followed strictly, Trainees must wear their shoe always and company T-shirt when it is the appropriate day, the company reflective jacket must be worn before heading for a job
6. Trainee who will be late or absent from work must inform their supervisor/manager at least three (3) days or two (2) hours prior to normal starting time or beforehand.
7. Under no circumstance should trainee leave the assigned work area early without permission from supervisor/manager.
8. Further, kindly note that all sales activities should be coordinated through the appropriate channel.
9. Furthermore, if trainee do not meet the company’s expectations of performers or conduct, necessary corrective action will be taken. It is within management’s discretion to determine what measure would be appropriate under each circumstance.
